So, some people at school call me preppy. Well, mostly my best friend G*, but ya know. I actually love being preppy, because my main style icon is the wonderful (and preppy) Blair Waldorf.
*Anecdote: When I said thanks to him he said, "God, you rewatch gossip girl too much". Thats why we're best friends people.

Since I was ten years old, I've had a major obsession with Gossip girl. Like, MAJOR. And Blair Waldorf is one of my favourite characters! She's honestly just so stunning and has an awesome personality. I would scheme with (the original - created in 2002 guys!) Queen B and Chuck Bass any day of the week. She also inspired my love for headbands. And did I mention her awesome quote?
This girl knows who the f she is and she freaking owns it. At the end of the day, she really doesn't care if people don't like it.

She also understands that feelings are just too complicated for words. Lets be honest, no one can make sense of it all.

I just came across Apeice Apart the other day and I've fallen in love with them. The casual yet preppy style gives off such a beautiful effect. The green complements so well with all the colours.
Two of the shoes that impressed me this season were from Miu Miu. While the shoes bottom right are not something I would wear personally, both pairs are really pretty and probably a statement item in your wardrobe if you prefer abstract or brighter coloured pieces.
Now I'm moving on to Givenchy. Though I really love these shoes, I feel like they aren't as original as I had hoped.
Next, Simone Rocha and these Oxford Flats are just awesome! The bright silver is insane and and the laces are so classic with a modern twist.
Alexander Wang continues to be one of my favourites. I'm really hoping to see more shoes from here in the future.
The last shoes here are those at Celine. Even though the boots are not any thing new, this classic shoe is great for anyone's collection.

I was browsing on pintrest (like you do) and happened to come across pictures from last years fashion week (like you do). When I was looking at all these lego and other constructional shapes in fashion I started to become obsessed with pictures of these lego sunglasses. I guess I could try and make these myself.
